JASCO held its first event at the Franklin Park Conservatory on Wednesday June 18th. The tour offered much information about what constitutes bonsai trees, and the ardent efforts that are required to maintain the beauty of these magnificent trees.
Despite a lingering thunderstorm, our tour was able to enjoy the beauty of James Turrell's "Light Raiment II." The beauty of the historical building, with the backdrop of lightning flashes made the event one to remember.
We would like to thank all of the attendees who joined us at the event, as well as Franklin Park Conservatory and their staff for having us.
