​​労働法概論:米国労働法の基本原則 Title: An Employment Law Primer – Key Concepts in U.S. Employment Law


Description:  Employment law in the U.S. differs in many important ways from employment law in Japan.  This presentation will introduce you to a number of key U.S. employment law concepts and also highlight areas where employers often encounter problems and legal liability.  Topics to be covered include at-will employment, FMLA, the impact of COVID-19 on employment laws, unemployment compensation, and wage and hour laws.  We will be leaving ample time at the end of the presentation for questions.​
